Registration Now Open

Registration for Western Warm-up is now open, and we are seeking local businesses, non-profit agencies and registered student organizations that are interested in participating.

Western Warm-up is a once-a-year vendor walk through for students to learn about local businesses, community organizations and student organizations. Participants have the opportunity to share services, goods and job opportunities with the Missouri Western campus. More than 1,000 students and 50 businesses/organizations participate each year.

We invite you to help us welcome both new and returning students to St. Joseph and Missouri Western State University.

Booths are available to “show off” goods and services to the 1,000+ students that attend (no sales or credit card offers allowed). Each registration includes one six-foot table for space, two chairs (more by request), advertising to all Missouri Western students and one parking pass (if needed). This is an inexpensive way to have your products and/or services featured to the Missouri Western student body.

Cost:

• For-Profit registration — $30 (non-refundable)
• Not-for-Profit organizations — $20  (non-refundable)
• MWSU department, clubs and registered organizations — Free of charge

Please note that nothing may be sold at Western Warm-Up itself, but free samples may be given. 

All Entities will receive a 6-foot table and two chairs.
