Tuition for the Full-Time Academy will be $330 per credit hour for the Spring 2024 term (12 credit hours), the Summer 2024 term (6 credit hours), and a one-time equipment fee of $180; a total of $6,120 for in-state tuition and Griffon Rate.
For out-of-state tuition, it will be $360 per credit hour for the Spring 2024 term (12 credit hours), the Summer 2024 term (6 credit hours), and a one-time equipment fee of $180; a total of $6,660 for out-of-state tuition.
The applicant is responsible for the fingerprinting fee, and if accepted, the MWSU parking permit.
Sponsoring law enforcement agencies are encouraged to contact the Academy Command Staff at academy@missouriwestern.edu for written confirmation of tuition and fees for local procurement purposes.
Note: These are the 2023-2024 rates. Tuition and fees for the Law Enforcement Academy are set at a fixed rate at the beginning of the class. Rate changes go into effect with the first start date after the approved change.
