Last week, Griffon volleyball (10-9) snapped a three-game losing skid with a sweep of Fort Hays State. The Griffons jumped out to an impressive 2-0 lead, winning the first set by nine and the second by 17 before escaping with the third set win to complete the sweep.
Volleyball is the only fall sport at home this week. Friday, Oct. 5 in the fieldhouse, the Griffons host Pittsburg State in its Military Appreciation match at 7 p.m.. On Saturday, the Griffons host nationally ranked Central Oklahoma at 3 p.m.
