Join us for a night of learning, song, and an unapologetic commitment to the margins with Jay-Marie Hill, musician and current Trans Education & Advocacy Program Coordinator with the ACLU of Missouri. “Dreaming of a Trans Future: Building a Safe Missouri for Queer and Trans People” will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Thursday, Oct. 11 in Spratt Hall, Kemper Recital Hall, 101 and atrium. This is free and open to the public.
The evening will be a mix of performance and invocation, where audiences will be encouraged to dream a new world into reality and begin to build it before the night is through.
This is the final event in the ACLU’s 10 Days of Trans Demands Campaign
Rally for rights to immediately follow the program.
Co-sponsored by the Student Government Association and the Legal Studies Association.
