Join the fun at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3 for the Superhero Sprint 5K, sponsored by the Physical Therapist Assistant Club.
The run will start at Bode Ice Arena at 2500 Southwest Parkway in St. Joseph. Kids 12 and under are $15 and Adults are $25. Pre-register by Oct. 23 to get a t-shirt.
