This past weekend, the Geography Club painted a U.S. map on the playground at Pickett Elementary School in St. Joseph.
The Playground Map Project is possible through the generous support of the Lowe’s Hometown Heroes Program, the Student Government Association, Dunkin Donuts of St. Joseph, and donations from Missouri Western students, staff, and faculty to the Playground Map Project Fund. Last year, the club painted a map at Hyde Elementary in St. Joseph.
