Description: Registration is now open for the 4th Annual “The Big Event”! Please join us on Friday, April 4th from 1-3 pm as we head out to pick up litter along I-29, just adjacent to campus.
Picking up litter in the area surrounding our campus is a powerful way to demonstrate that the Griffons take pride in both our campus and our community. By taking the time to clean up, we show that we care about our environment and are committed to making our city a better place!
Originally started by Texas A&M University in 1982, “The Big Event” has grown into a nationwide day of service, where college students come together to give back to their communities. It’s one of the largest student-run service projects in the country, and we’re excited to be part of it!
