Biography – Emily WalkupEmily Walkup is a teacher that is passionate about her profession. She became intrigued with art at a young age when her mother would draw pictures with her. From there it became a lifelong interest for her. She believes every student belongs in the art room. Emily graduated Summa Cum Laude from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science and a concentration in Art. She has been involved with the Missouri PTA since 2017, has worked as a private tutor in elementary literature and math comprehension, and has served as a peer tutor in numerous subjects spanning from Psychology to the Theory and Criticism of Art.
