Every email that comes from the university reflects upon the institution. Using one simple, branded email signature across campus helps strengthen the university’s visual identity.

Use the following form to create email signatures for Missouri Western staff and faculty for @missouriwestern.edu email accounts. Fill in the fields below to generate your formatted email signature. Once created, copy and paste it into your signature box in Google mail, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple Mail.

  • Missouri Western Logo:
    • Including the Missouri Western logo is optional. If included, do not resize or alter the logo generated for your signature.
  • Social Media:
    • Including Missouri Western social media channels is optional. If included, text-based links to promote Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram will be generated.
    • Do not use social media icons or add personal social media information.
    • Do not use department specific social channels. The primary University social channels are used for brand consistency.
  • Messaging:
