Myra won an award for building a solar heating panel and was able to learn a lot about alternative energy.
Electronics Engineering Technology student Myra Bentley chose to attend Missouri Western because both of her parents are alumni. She believes that Missouri Western is a great place to receive an affordable, high-quality education. Electronics within engineering are constantly changing and improving, and the Department of Engineering Technology provides students like Myra with the ability to apply math and theory to adapt to these changes and build electronics from scratch. Myra interned for the international engineering company Roeslein & Associates, Inc. While working for Roeslein, Myra won an award for building a solar heating panel and was able to learn a lot about alternative energy. Myra’s education at Missouri Western has given her a solid foundation to begin her career in electronics engineering after graduation. For students like Myra, everything is possible.
