Senior Finance & Administrative Associate Dana Hall-Gertner serves as the University’s Custodian of Records. All open records request should be sent via email to custodianofrecords@missouriwestern.edu.

In compliance with the Missouri Sunshine Law, the University will respond to all requests for open records within three (3) business days of receipt. Depending on a variety of factors including the scope of the request and the difficulty of obtaining responsive records, actual retrieval of records may take longer. The University will work to fulfill all requests as soon as possible.
