On April 8, the opening night of “Godspell,” the last production in the 2015-2016 Theatre Season at Missouri Western State University, the show selections for the 2016-2017 season were announced. In addition, suggestions for the 2017-2018 season are being accepted through April 12.
Next year’s shows include:

The Wedding Singer (April)

The Department of Theatre, Cinema and Dance is accepting suggestions for possible productions in the 2017-2018 Theatre Season. They are especially interested in suggestions for a late 20th century play, a recent or contemporary musical, small musical (cast of 6-12), realism/early 20th century, or theatre for youth, but welcome any and all ideas. To submit your suggestion, visit griff.vn/TCDSuggest by Tuesday, April 12.
While planning is underway for future season, there are still three performances of “Godspell” left in the current season. The musical will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April 14, 15 and 16.
