The Peace and Conflict Studies program at Missouri Western State University will sponsor the Peace and Conflict Studies Fall Film Series this semester. All films will be shown at 6 p.m. in the Hearnes Center, room 102. They are free and open to the public.

The film series features five films related to issues of war, conflict and peace. Audience members are encouraged to engage in critical evaluation of these films as they relate to broader themes and experiences. A brief discussion led by political science faculty members will follow each film.

  • Oct. 5: The Wind that Shakes the Barley
  • Oct. 19: Born Into Brothels
  • Nov. 2: Milk
