Annette Weeks, director of the Center for Entrepreneurship in the Craig School of Business at Missouri Western State University, was recently featured as one of Ingram’s Magazine’s “50 Missourians You Should Know.”
Weeks is the Center for Entrepreneurship’s founding director, accepting the position in 2014 after years of practical experience as a business owner and facilitator of entrepreneurs. The Center trains, mentors and supports business owners and entrepreneurs in the region, and has provided free consulting services to more than 400 new and existing entrepreneurs so far.
“What I do is nurture and encourage other people’s dreams, but balance that with educating them and helping them understand the reality of business,” Weeks told Ingram’s.
