The Chamber Singers at Missouri Western State University will perform in St. Joseph with ensembles from area high schools on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 29 and 30.
“This annual concert series provides the opportunity for high school students and university students to collaborate and share their love for choral music,” said Dr. Elise Hepworth, director of choral activities and music education.
The concerts are at:
- 7 p.m. Nov. 29 with the Raytown Chamber Choir, conducted by Alex Kolster, at Frederick Boulevard Baptist Church, 5502 Frederick Avenue
- 7 p.m. Nov. 30 with the Staley High School Chamber Choir, conducted by Tracy Resseguie, at First Presbyterian Church, 301 N. 7th Street
Both performances are free and open to the public.
