Thousands of fans visit the Chiefs Training Camp at Missouri Western each summer. The community tent is a great way for businesses and organizations to promote themselves to those visitors.

Businesses and organizations wanting to reach visitors to the summer training camp of the Kansas City Chiefs at Missouri Western State University are invited to reserve a spot in the community tent at the camp entrance. The dates for the training camp have not been officially announced, but it typically runs for about three weeks in late July and August.

A 40-foot tent will be placed over the track at the west end of Spratt Stadium. All camp visitors enter through the tent. Businesses and organizations may rent an 8-foot by 6-foot booth in the tent for the duration of the camp for $500.

Booths in the community tent are the only locations where businesses and organizations can distribute coupons or promotional items at training camp unless they have a sponsorship agreement directly with the Chiefs. Exhibitors may promote their business and collect prospect information at the booth, but sales transactions are prohibited. Also, exhibitors are not permitted to distribute food or beverage samples unless specifically arranged by Missouri Western.

For more information, including a complete list of exhibitor rules, contact Kim Weddle at Missouri Western, 816-271-4237 or weddle@missouriwestern.edu.
