The public is invited to a celebration of China’s Mid-Autumn Festival from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25 in the Hoff Conferences Rooms, Blum Student Union rooms 218 and 219 at Missouri Western State University. The celebration is free and open to the public.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most important celebrations on China’s calendar, second only to the Spring Festival in China. Missouri Western’s celebration will include traditional Chinese games, poems and music. The special food of Mid-Autumn festival, including mooncake, will be served.

The Mid-Autumn Festival celebration is sponsored by the Office of International Student Services, the Division of Student Affairs, and the Department of English and Modern Languages.
