Comedian Daniel Franzese performs at Missouri Western March 28
The Western Activities Council at Missouri Western State University presents Daniel Franzese on his “YASS! You Are Amazing Tour,” at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 28th in the Kemper Recital Hall, Spratt Hall room 101. The performance is free and open to the public.
Franzese is known for starring in TV shows like HBO’s “Looking,” Freeform’s “Recovery Road,” ABC’s “Conviction” and movies like “Bully,” “I Spit On Your Grave” and perhaps most notably as the lovable Damian in Paramount’s “Mean Girls.”
Originally from Brooklyn, Franzese has become a well-known proponent and speaker for the LGBT Community and thought leader for body positivity. A self-proclaimed mama’s boy, his upbeat, high-energy stand-up comedy act captures his amazing and quirky life in the entertainment industry, as well as hilarious stories about his Italian parents from Brooklyn.
A meet and greet will immediately follow the show. Seating is limited and on a first come, first served basis.
