The purpose of the Student & Organization Achievement Recognition Reception (SOAR) is to recognize the outstanding leadership and achievements of Missouri Western State University student organizations, students, advisors, and community supporters. Nominees should foster the MWSU values of Service, Quality, Enthusiasm, Freedom, Respect, and Courage. The awards ceremony is hosted by the Dean of Students Division.
