Six Sigma White Belt and Leadership Skills Certificate

The Six Sigma White Belt and Leadership Skills Certificate course will be held 8 a.m. to noon March 22 and April 5, 2024.
This 8-hour course will include a hands-on practical project and cover:
- Lean concepts
- Six Sigma framework
- ROC approach
- Time management techniques
- Communication skills
- Management soft skills
The Lean, Six Sigma White Belt, and ROC approach will align various Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Continuous Improvement (CI) frameworks and methods in a manner that will result in immediate positive results and provide a foundation for future skills growth.
