We will be doing an extensive remodel of the Dining Hall this summer. This remodel will take the entrance back to the original doors, new seating and some new layout designs. We will also be replacing some equipment that has worn out over time. In addition to the Dining Hall renovations, we will be replacing Java City in the Blum Union lobby with Starbucks. Starbucks will be a full store operation and will be a larger footprint than the current Java City location. We are excited about both renovations this summer and to be able to share the end results with everyone in the fall.
