The Center for Academic Support has implemented a new scheduling tool! Students can now schedule their content tutoring appointment online through TutorTrac. Content tutoring is for courses that are not math or writing, such as Biology, Nursing, or Spanish classes.
The link to open TutorTrac can be found on students’ Goldlink under “Student Academic Tools” as well as on the Content tab of the CAS webpage.
Students can search for tutoring appointments based on their current course schedule. To book an appointment, they simply click on the time, type in their phone number and a note about what they want to cover, then click save. No more emailing back and forth! Detailed instructions for students can be found on the CAS webpage.
TutorTrac will automatically send out emails to students and tutors when an appointment is confirmed or cancelled. The confirmation email will give students the option to add the appointment to their Google calendar. Students can also opt-in to receive confirmations, cancellations and reminders via text message.
